Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
 
1. Replacement Policy
Replacement is allowed only if:
  • Wrong product received
     
  • Damaged product received
     
  • Manufacturing defect
     
Conditions:
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
     
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
     
  • Photos/video proof must be provided
     
We may request product pickup for verification.
 
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when:
  • A paid order is cancelled before dispatch, or
     
  • Replacement is not possible due to product unavailability
     
Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
 
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refund/Replacement not applicable if:
  • Product has been opened or used
     
  • Customer dislikes fragrance/texture/color after use
     
  • Damage caused after delivery
